Horrible experience! We found cockroaches in our room. We were moved room/ floor but we couldn't help but feeling uncomfortable. We decided to stay at another hotel the very next morning. Sure we got our full refund but I didn't feel it was enough. Ohh they gave us breakfast... However, that didn't compensate for stayed up late looking through all of our things and now we have a late start to our theme park! The worst was that maintenance sprayed fumes in our room as we were getting our things out. I'm so disappointed and disgusted. Also, I asked the morning manager, if there was a sister hotel that we could stay with so that I'm not taking my business elsewhere and I am not wasting my time looking for another hotel and I was told NO, we don't make such arrangements. This would have been an excellent opportunity to exceeds a guests expectations; as the plaque said at the front desk 'we will MAKE THINGS RIGHT' but that definitely did not happen!
