We fair delighted in our stay at Crown square lodging in Haifa Israel. I had a trade assembly in Haifa and we chosen to remain overnight in this marvelous lodging. Where been here some time recently and continuously delighted in remaining there .in case anything, our involvement was indeed more wonderful this time. We remained in room 1002, adjoining to the commerce relax. This room is the finest within the lodging with a dazzling see of the Haifa harbor.
Booked for one night, as I had to attend an event near Haifa. The hotel is dirty - The room was dusty, the lobby floor was sticky and the window glass is grey from dirt. Swimming pool is under 10 meter long, so you can't really swim there. It also closes at 6 PM. They charge $10 for parking (underground. no elevator. hard to get out of there with high hills), and when I got back at night there was no parking spots left, so I had to park at the back and they walked me through the filthy staff entrance. (the next morning they sent me alone through the staff entrance - not pleasant!) During the night (3 AM and after) I got 3 phone calls for housekeeping to my room asking me for an extra pillow, an extra towel etc. :-O The mattress is too soft, and the room is very noisy. Staff was very unpleasant, unhelpful and unprofessional. Horrible experience. Never again.
