DislikedWhen I went to rent the room, they never tell me I wasn’t allowed to cook and never have a mess in my room. I always follow the protocol the thing about it is they want to keep my deposit when they find out I was cooking , there was not damage in the property. Every time I go to the hotel, I always cook in my room is clean , In this time when the lady came to my room to clean, they even is still some of my jewelry , I didn’t waste my time to tell them because they never resolve nothing. This is what kind of type of people they have there , they don’t even professional to answer the call when the people from Booking.com call them Booking.com they really good. I always going to use them to book my hotel , they very professional , but trust me is not gonna be international in Hotel anymore. They still people stuff . There was no reason why they could not give me my deposit. The only did they tell me I was not allowed to smoke, that was it I really don’t like what happened this time when I went over there night staff member is not professional. I used to like to go over there, but I don’t like when people think that we are stupid. You try to keep my deposit and that’s what you guys did. There was no damage and I always clean my room every day no even one of the ladies that clean up, they don’t even have to come over to my room. I always have my broom to sweep my room and make sure everything is clean the thing about it is they want to keep my deposit like they did when I went over there it’s not fair not right yeah I need to be more professional, I cook because there was like a little KitchenAid the refresh and I feel free to cook. I didn’t do nothing wrong. My room was clean. You wanted to keep my deposit OK go ahead and keep it but it wasn’t right..
