- Great location, view on one of the landmarks - Friendly staff - We did get a pack of treats for our dog
- Toilet was positioned in almost unusable way - Paper cups in the bathroom - Very small room with one small window - Creepy door to nowhere - Room need renovation or at least refreshment - Сurtains with holes - Despite I wanted double-bed, I would prefer to have to separate blankets
Hotel is right on the main square, very central to the sites and shops. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful
Hotel was quite noisy. Lots of people on the street at night and this can be heard from the hotel room. As the hotel is on the main square we had a lot of people coming home in the early hours after a night of partying. this woke us up a few times and left us very tired the next day.

Beautiful location in the centre of Gent with everything in walking distance including shops, trams, food. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast was great.
A kettle and perhaps fridge would have been a nice touch but otherwise the facilities were good! The room was quite cosy too but to be expected in the centre.
The location was great, and the rooms were clean.
No facilities in room to make tea or coffee. At £130 per night for 1 person, I would expect to have basic kettle facilities, etc.
