Location - friendly staff- nightly managers welcome We were there for St Patrick’s Day and had to wear wrist bands the whole time - we appreciated the attention to security !
Cannot think of anything - stairs to the 5th floor would be nice
I liked the location
My room was directly over the bar. This was not disclosed to me until we arrived in the room and no other rooms were available. The noise was horrible until 12 every night. I would have never booked this hotel had I known this. Do not get room 231.
Absolutely nothing.
They took $500 for my hotel room and told me it was reserved when in reality it wasn't. This hotel was in a city far away from me so I had to drive two hours with my wife for our anniversary to check-in just for them to tell us I have no room or reservation. Then proceed to tell us there is nothing they can do and to call Booking.com to fix it. The associate that "helped" had no idea how to remedy...Read more

Very unique hotel. We had a river view that was very nice. Great location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for suggestions on a place to stay!
