They were very friendly , very helpful and everything was clean.
The property is wonderful but they have a lot of homeless and drug users around the area and on the steps constantly.
The staff is great. Check in and check out process was smooth and easy. Parking was great. The rooms were clean. They came everyday to clean and give towels or anything we needed. Everything was walkable distance. Breakfast was fun, you get to make your own waffles! The environment and people was the best part! Thank you again, I will be returning.

I love how friendly the staff in the office is, the women who clean the room are friendly, nothing was stolen. They had Otisa Spunkmeyer muffins for breakfast
I didn't like that the shower water was too hot, it wouldn't get warm or cold.
Breakfast could use bagels, bananas and oranges.

Clean and good for an overnight stay after a show. Well lit outside with free parking.
Loitering around the parking lot and a case of Narcon was prominently sitting in the lobby. I felt safe in my second floor room. The shower water pressure was poor and would not get hotter than lukewarm.
