The pool was great but they closed pool for private event and there was no communication it would of been closed

Music in the casino is way too loud. We couldn’t get away from it even in the restaurant.
The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. The only problem I had is I needed a refrigerator for my insulin and they charged me 10 extra dollars when it was for a medical reason.

Food at the food court is very mediocre and room wasn’t cleaned though I requested it, however we were in the room a lot so maybe the cleaners did not have time while we were out of the room.
staff was very friendly and I liked the security at the elevators checking hotel guess before entering elevator. The cleaning staff was amazing!
I was disappointed that there was no mini fridge to keep water cold or microwave to warm my back heating pad. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The wrist band that was put on when we went to check out the pool area was on too tight and had to go to the front desk to get it cut off my wrist.
