You need larger toilets. Get rid of the kindergarten toilets!!!
Location was outstanding. Great view from hotel room.
Saturday night dinner hostess (not at hotel itself, but on a hotel-owned property that we took a shuttle bus to) sat several parties before us who had arrived long after us and was unapologetic about the oversight.

Location is excellent. Lobby bar was a fun place to spend time. Ocean Front Restaurant had excellent food. Beach and pool areas are very nice.
The rooms are a bit dated. We went during the Amelia Car Concours weekend and rooms were $700 per night. I expect a more updated room for that kind of money.
Wonderful offerings for a resort, multiple pools, restaurants, shops and beach is picture perfect!
Our room needed some work and updating. While it was clean, it didn’t feel consistent with the rest of the property. It was windy outside, and there was a loud whistle and howling coming in around the gaps of the door. It kept us awake for part of the night.
housekeeping throw away my wife birthday cake and clothes check out time was 11:00 housekeeping start cleaning at 9:30 we came back from breakfast stuff in trash

House cleaner that cleaned my room on Saturday morning was thorough. Monday morning cleaning was not up to my on your standards. Cleaner didn’t mope the bathroom floor, as the same towel was on the floor by the shower that I stepped out on that morning. Regular sugar was not refilled at the coffee station therefore I had to walk to front desk to get some.
