We stayed here for 10 days and they only cleaned our room 2 times! Disgusting. They would forget to give us water and coffee, towels, slippers until we remind them each day. You communicate by text through Kakao chat which is inconvenient for foreigners. They are so cheap and stingy with supplies and there is really nothing near the hotel so location is bad. Kinda weird that no one around but the everything is ready for you and your family. I strongly recommend here for short stay. The parking assistance helps us to guide / suggest to have a tram and dinner at other side of island and when you finish, you can return and strongly not use your own car which I did and it was completely right thing I did. We stayed at the sky suite and the hotel was very clean and spacious. It was operating without the front desk and room keys, just sent me the code via email for the room. So everything was easy and convenient. The entire hotel is facing west and I missed the sun in the morning, but the view was nice. It would be nice to have some amenitieies such as cafe, spa, or maybe some comfy lounges, etc.
