Pros (+) Very nice main hall. Decently central location. (DTLA is way too car oriented and spread out but it's a nice try.)
Cons (-) Clearly the single worst room in the property. Nice and big, but cold, next to the external AC so very loud, and the windows were dirty.

Pros (+) The hotel is old and rundown. The staff seems like they no longer want to work. The receptionist didn’t smile at guests and didn’t want to communicate. Most importantly, the hotel charges guests for the room, food and drinks, taxes, etc., but does not provide any bills. This lack of transparency is unacceptable. I will not come here again!
