Modern interior and smart home controls. The staff is super friendly. Also, the free bike rental is great because the hotel is near a cycling way straight to venice beach. Takes around 40 min one-way.
Quite stale smell when we first entered the room. But that went away quickly.
The concept of feeling like home
I really liked the common areas and the room as well as the helpful and kind staff! The breakfast too was delicious

I like the customer care given by the staff. I like the variety provided for morning breakfast. I love that this property gives customers access to use appliances in the lobby area such as a Stove! Lots of privacy and peace of mind at this hotel. I will be back!!
I do not like that there are no discounts or Loyalty rewards offered to frequent/ returning customers. I do not like that some of the showers leak water on to the floor in some of the hotel rooms. Please check the seals on the shower doors! I ruined 2 towels cleaning up water that leaked out while I was showering. I had to request a room change right away.
It was like a home from home, everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and the setting inside is 5* amazing.
Id struggle to pick anything out really. It's out of town, but felt completely safe.
