I love the location, and that there is water, coffee, hot water, tea, light snacks in the lobby.
i wish there is a small gym not attached to the kitchen.

Road noise and footsteps from the room above interrupted our sleep. Ask for a room that does not face High School Rd.
The staff are very nice! the hotel is easy to get to on the beautiful Bainbridge Island. The room was thoroughly clean, nicely laid out, and mostly comfortable. We loved that you could borrow puzzles and books! Breakfast included eggs and tasty make-your-own waffles.
Breakfast was so-so. The only protein was lukewarm bland eggs and peanut butter packs. All the dishes were disposable not even compostable. I would recommend making reservation with them directly not through intermediary because there was an issue with our booking being cancelled (not the hotels fault). The sofa bed is not comfortable.

My room was large and it was a corner room so I had two views. It was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was fine but it would be better to have real dairy products for cream rather than artificial stuff. The waffle maker was cool. I could never find the switch to turn on the lights beside the bed. They don't have half and half for coffee just the fake coffee creamers. I guess they didn't get the memo yet from Make American Healthy Again.Read more
We've stayed at the Marshall multiple times. Dependable and convenient. Appreciate breakfast and the occasional snacks. Enjoyed our corner room.
only negative were the pillows...too high profile and bit hard. Had to sleep without any pillows

I think cool/ heater needs to be maintenance. It has a big noise consistent activated on and off so I could not sleep at all.
