The room was modern, cozy and clean. The complementary champagne was excellent.
The TV was not working but was subsequently fixed.
Location excellent for what we wanted.
Staff last time (we came here in 2022) were AMAZING, which is what made us come back. This time (a different staff), didn't seem to care or want to make our stay as good as last time. Service was only ok. Slow and not as forthcoming and friendly as it could have been
Cosy room with bathtub, staff were very friendly
Very expensive, sauna out of order during our whole stay, also restaurant on a restricted menu so you could only really have a drink there
We use this hotel a great in Paris. Staff and location is the reason we always return.
Wish the gym was a bit bigger and that’s not a huge problem, does have Jacuzzi and Steam room which is great.

The light in the bed it was open and could not close it perfectly
We loved the hotel! It’s so beautiful. The hotel went above and beyond to make the weekend extra special for my sister’s 30th.
I've booked the hotel for my proposal weekend and I really couldn't choose a better place. Everyone has been amazing with us and we had an incredible experience!!! Would definitely come back soon 🙂
