Pros (+) rooftop bar - merchant and trade - is great
Cons (-) We booked our stay through booking.com. I doublechecked - through that portal - that we could bring our two dachshunds and got a reply that said yes. I then reached back out to make sure that there would be a bath tub in the room. We do not currently have a tub because we had a leak in the only bathroom we have with a tub and that necessitated a complete remodel of the bathroom. The hotel was in a...

Cons (-) The closet light would not turn off the first night. That was most annoying and we did not get a restful night of sleep. I spoke to the staff the next day and it took 2 phone calls to get it fixed before the 2nd night.

Cons (-) Hallway lighting was out. Cleaning staff left setting to wand. When turning on shower got blasted with water.

Pros (+) The location is perfect, we were with our dogs and it has a huge park just across the street. Also is walking distance from different places to go and eat and there is this alley with amazing places to grab a beer and a late snack.
Cons (-) I didn't like that they don't offer room service. After a long drive all we wanted was to relax there and enjoy some food. Thankfully DoorDash and other apps exist. They don't allow the dasher to go up though.

Pros (+) Clean and comfortable uptown hotel.
Cons (-) Parking is outrageously expensive at $48 per night. Maddening array of street parking, all limited, all varied, requiring close adherence to rules or face a ticket or getting towed. The hotel should provide cheaper parking or allow the use of points to cover. Rip off.
