The hotel lacks alot of basic facilities, like no phone in the room to even call the reception. Even there was no reception. In order to get anything i had to go the reception of Kani Grand. Kani beach is not recommended at all.

Cons (-) The photographs were maybe years out of date. First room, windows were broken. No reception attendance. Location, although close to the beach was surrounded by filth and rubbish. No balcony.

Cons (-) Staff is rude and don’t respect the need of their guests. One of the attraction trips, they used a small boat for a big group with no safety measures. I fall down due to the wet floor and the congested place. We booked half-board but there were no food varieties during breakfast or even dinner. No phones in Kaani Beach room so I have either to use WhatsApp or visit the reception every time I need ...
