The staff was really hellpfull.
The room service offers and the restaurants were not diverse, so I had to get food from outside most of the time.
Location was great for seeing tourist attractions and parking the rental car was easy.
A list of late night food options including grocery stores.
I usually stay at the other Hyatt across the road, but decided to try this one on my lat bisiness trip. The lighting in the room is great and the location is convenient. Everything else fell below expectations.
I first got a room where they completely forgot to clean the toilet, the most disgusting thing ever. I then got a new room, which was fine, but the overall look and feel of the hotel and rooms is really cold and minimal. Nobody attended the room during my stay, not sure if it was missed or on purpose Reception was cold and distant, I guess it matches the hotel vibe..
Comfortable, clean, friendly staff and safe areas.
Breakfast is good but I expect to switch back to buffet.

My husband and I went to Daniel‘s broiler steak seafood for dinner and for the price of our meals, we had high expectations. Unfortunately, it did not even exceed expectations. Other than that, the staff at the restaurant we’re very accommodating very professional overall 10 out of 10 for the staff and about a 6 out of 10 for the food

The location was great and we barely had to use any mode of public transportation. Room was very clean, staff were friendly, and definitely a lot to do in the area. Also felt safe around the area.
