This is a basic, functional but really great hotel, catering for groups or couples alike. Well equipped with a self service bar, food, snacks area as well as comfortable seating areas, pool table etc. Stayed one night to visit Eindhoven for football. Great location. Staff really helpful.
Nothing to complain about
As a physically disabled traveller this is the best hotel I could ever choose! The room was massive with a flat shower with handles, very big. I was moving with a scooter for disabled people, so the room was in the ground floor. I parked it easily and safely to its lovely yard. Perfect to stay for a few days
The room was even better than we expected - quiet, spacious, nice design, warm lights. They have self-service shop downstairs and 24-hour reception, very convenient. Lots of restaurants near the hotel. I hope to come back soon :)
Staff were lovely and check in was simple. Good location in the heart of the city.
Mattress toppers on the bed slid off during the night, the TV functions were not working only the channels and this was an issue with all rooms apparently.

Was difficult to work from room with my laptops as no desk, very limited clothes storage (especially with 5 carnaval outfits) no kettle to make a cup of tea first thing in morning (most English people need tea before they get dressed)
