The front desk staff were great. I fell ill during the night. After waking I told one of the staff that I was too dehydrated and needed to see a doctor. They immediately arranged transportation to the closest hospital. They extended my room stay and everything was in my room untouched when I returned. I wrote down their names but I lost the paper during my travels back home.
The hotel staff was very courteous, Mr.shahin was polite and showed me to our room. Others, Mobarok, Simul, and Imraj also did a good job. And the breakfast that I could have on the rooftop was spectacular. I had Bengali and Chinese food, which was so delicious.
If I had to say, the refrigerator was hardly functional. It was not possible to keep drinks or ice cream cold. But other than that, I have no complaints. The toilets, showers, and air conditioning were comfortable. They also brought me a hair dryer right away.
This Hotel is more than reccommended. The location (right in front metro station Farmgate), superclean, comfortable rooms and beds, not noisy, staff super attentive and friendly. Beautiful rooftop with lovely views and tasty and affordable food. Room service superefficient. It was an small detail, but It was my fault. I lost my card key to my room and I was charged for this. Never happened to me before, but i understand and assume their policy.Read more
The people working at the hotel are great, including the front office personnel, housekeeper, Chinese restaurant staff, restaurant crew, and security personnel. You name it—everyone is great and incredibly safe, and the security was very trustworthy. We stay there like own home, no worry about our belonging. The breakfast was great, with all kinds of food.

Room is bit small but fine and clean. Complementary breakfast is great.You can eat on the roof top restaurant. Staffs are very helpful(like bell man Shahin).
If room is faced to the main street it's noisy at night

I recently stayed at Hotel Shuktara, and overall, it was a great experience. The location was excellent—right beside the metro station—which made it easy to explore nearby attractions.
