Loved the staff, location, view, breakfast, Michelin star dinner. We really enjoyed looking at the Colliseum from our bedroom and bathroom and were impressed with the extremely helpful staff. Also, while the room was on the small side it was designed with impeccable taste and perfect functionality. We will always return to Hotel Manfredi in Rome...a keeper!
Despite being a repeat customer and referring friends, when we arrived at the hotel Michelin star restaurant we were given the opposite of special treatment. Rather a table by the busy entrance not by the window with a view. Fortunately after complaining the Maitre D. corrected this treatment and gave us a fabulous table by the window.
