Cons (-) Well.. We had ants in our room. When I complained about it, they offered a spray, but this is poisonous, so we didn't accept it. The cleaning lady or someone fixed it the next day and no ants afterwards. I'm happy they dealt with it and took it seriously. Besides the ants there were some other flying insects also in the room.
