Very comfortable
Was very crowded with dozens of young children . Very noisy
This was our 3 rd. Visit to the hotel, we like it there as it is so peaceful and the food is excellent, all the staff are very good and helpful.
We would have liked the evening dinner to have started at 7-30, and walk in showers in the bathroom.
The location is stunning and the staff were fantastic
The food hall was extremely busy and had to wait quite a while to get a table
Location, access to the National park, friendliness of staff, facilities, Breakfast & Dinner excellent with plenty of choice to suit all tastes
Lovely setting and outdoor pool. The buffet food was exceptionally good.
No indoor pool or spa or gym which is surprising as there is quite often rain. The outdoor hot tub was only tepid so not able to use in the cool weather.
Fantastic views over a very wet and cool part of Spain! Staff were genuinely friendly and caring. Large lounge for relaxing and chilling. Very calm and relaxing ambience. Grazalema village short drive away, great starting point for hikes, weather permitting. Enjoyed our stay, as it was at the end of a very active holiday, and enjoyed the opportunity to relax. The room itself was very nice. Clean and comfortable
I had a poor interaction with one of the staff. I misunderstood something because I am not from Spain, and the employee treated me very rudely. I was very nice and patient and I would like to be treated the same. It was surprising and made us never want to come back. We did not enjoy the food at all. We also felt like it was a poor value.
Staff were brilliant, location excellent, food generous & good value.
Shrieking children until the early hours of the morning. Parents let them run riot. Dominated hotel, restaurant, pool, jacuzzi.
Great choice for breakfast, including freshly cooked eggs/omelettes etc. and wide choice of fresh breads Kettle was provided on request
Disappointed that the described "mountain view" from the bedroom was obscured by large poplar trees.
An amazing and very special place! Amazing view of Grazalema and the Mountains, excellent food
