Pros (+) This hotel offered spacious, well-appointed rooms that were impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable, although the cover could have been larger. The on-sight restaurant was a delightful surprise, serving some of the best Croatian cuisine we had during our trip. The hotel’s convenient location to Plitvice Park made it an ideal base for exploring this stunning natural wonder.
Cons (-) One major issue we encountered was staffs or guests smoking in close proximity to the hotel and our room. Despite paying extra for a room with an outdoor hot tub, we were unable to enjoy it fully due to people smoking on the balcony next to our hot tub. We had room 12

We did not choose the breakfast option in the morning as we just had some take aways at a pastry shop the night before and needed to leave early to the park. There were lifts and we did not have to carry our bags to the room, the weather was a bit cold so the swimming pool was closed, and there is no sa...

Pros (+) Hotel Degenjia is a short 5 minute drive to Plitvice Lakes National Park. Perfect location to explore this enchanting area including the town of Rastoke. Comfortable with helpful and engaging staff. Two very good restaurant choices on the property.
