The hotel is comfortable, the staff were all friendly and professional. The spa facilities are excellent
We brought our dog and the hotel caters well for pets. I understand why dogs were not permitted in the main restaurant but most pet friendly hotels I have been to allow dogs into the bar area. On our stay we unfortunately had to retire to our room instead of relaxing in the bar. This is not a complaint, just an observation
Exceptional care from the staff when I needed it.
We found this hotel complex last year and liked it that much we’ve stayed there twice this year. First time it was a weekend - so the price doubled , compared to a middle of the week deal. Second time we chose Sunday and Monday- it was twice cheaper and quieter, but the service, the food, the facilities, the views and the storks are always the same-top quality. A beautiful peaceful hotel situated within sight of, but not sound of, the A-66. Huge comfortable bed. Lovely staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Plenty of free parking with the option of secure underground parking for a small charge.

Didn't find the furniture the required for a 5 star hotel (the building is amazing though). -The desserts of the room service were not got at all, stale and industrial, needs to be looked at because the sandwiches are good.
The staff is attentive and super kind : from start to end ! The bedsheets are amazing and the spa is very nice . The restaurant has amazing food although it is quite pricey

Most things were good. We have stayed twice before so knew what to expect
The restaurant does not open till 8.00 for dinner, and so like most guests we spoke to, we were sort of forced to use the cafe, which on all the times we have stayed was again very poor, and very expensive. The staff have no English which creates a problem, and the standard of cooking extremely poor.
