The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. Great food at the buffet too. The staff couldn't do enough to help and they were lovely to my grandson. A super hotel. We went out and about visiting local attractions as the weather wasn't great when we were there and needed taxis to get around so taxis or car hire is recommended to see other parts. The pool area was lovely, the rooms were great size The staff were very friendly
No proper entertainment, rooms were cleaned properly and there were ants all over. Food wasn’t great, nothing was freshly cooked and by end of afternoon the snacks were all dried up and buns were hard. There was no information about the facilities we could use and lots of areas between the 3 hotels were closed, we weren’t informed about shuttle bus
Staff amazing as always especially the reception. Super helpful and friendly. Always loungers available around the pool even at 11am, not queues like other hotels.
Food could be a little bit more varied but enough choice most evenings Beach club nice but would be great if they added a few slides besides the ring tabogon. My child was 10 this trip so was too young to go in the zone, maybe extend hours so 10-12 year olds could go in earlier.

Fabulous for kids.the splash park is unbeatable. I also love the Astro turfed pool area being non slip.
The buffet being the only restaurant option. Snack bar was burgers, hot dogs and nuggets so nothing for my veggie toddler other than salad.
Staff were exceptional and great facilities. Shuttle service and waterpark were outstanding.
Food was average but fine for a few days, not very hot from counter just cool especially breakfast. Room I had booked was specifically to have PlayStation. Image on hotel was with fortnite which was reason for booking here. The room we got only had PlayStation 3 which didn't support fortnite
Amazing hotel especially for children probably one of the best I’ve ever been too, so many activities and children focused areas, multiple pools and the beach club would definitely return
Beds were ridiculously uncomfortable like actual hard solid mattress but that’s my only complaint the hotel itself is amazing
