Staff were very friendly and were very helpful when needed. Very quiet area of your there for relaxation. Rooms were nice and daily cleaned.
There was a lot of mould, especially on floor 5's ceiling. I mentioned it was my partners birthday and they said they would do something nice to celebrate this but they didn't. ( not like they had to but because they said they would, I got my hopes up ). Pool had a lot of loose tiles and could of cut your feet ok them and lastly the small pools or paddling pools weren't clean.
ALIF the receptionist was incredible, made our stay a lot better.
Ants in the room, in the bed, the photos are not like reality, the condition of the hotel is poorly so photos resemble how it was when they first opened, not how it is now. Oh and if you have breakfast included they will call you every single morning at 9:30am to remind you it closes in 1h, so if you want to sleep in, it’s not the place. I’d advise you tell them straight away to not call the room.Read more

It’s was old and a cleanness was questionable - the gym is very small

Towel was worn out , no iron in the room , no laundry ,
Excellent value for money great breakfast choice and quality .Rooms spacious and clean.Staff were always there too help .Many places to eat and drink across the road .
