Plenty of services available at the property, eg. Indoor swimming pool & spa, bowling, table tennis, other games for kids to enjoy.
Spa services not included in the booking price was a very unpleasant surprise.
Cozy room. Comfortable beds.
SPA opening hours are very short. For Saunas extra payment is needed, but Sauna zone did not meet our expectations. Tasty breakfast, but very common, nothing extraordinary. A small variety of hot dishes (there was no any type of potatoes presented). Pedestrian roads around a hotel were not cleaned. They were snowy and very slippery.
Booking information does not tell correctly that spa services, like water parh is not incl. to the price. usually when you book a room from a spa hotel the spa (not beauty spa) I mean water park, it is spa in Finnish is incl. to the price. Nice and modern facilities.

Room arranged was very quiet as I requested. Relaxing atmosphere as always.
Spa section lockers got malfunction and my luggage was left inside. No stickers etc.was put that they are not working. Luckily I got luggage back in the end of the day.
The weather was beautiful and the autumn scenery around was also very beautiful. The staff was friendly.
The spa has become disgusting. I used to go to this hotel and everything was up to par. Now the water in the showers is cold, it's impossible to wash. And the water in the pool is so saturated with chemicals that it hurts your eyes. There are too many people. The sauna in the shower is not hot at all, and the saunas in the spa are paid. This spa hotel has gone downhill.
All in one stay, you have all facilities under one roof, so just come in and relax. Golf, spa, eateries, swimming, tennis, options for fishing and a boat ride, you will find it all in one place
Might be that the service could be a little more polished for the price,, but otherwise okay.

Spa wasn’t worth the money
I love the 0 floor because it is for the whole family; restaurant, bar, playroom, bowling, table tennisand arcade games. The balcony is huge.
Visiting Holiday Club for the first time like us, I wish to get more information about the place and services.
