Pools, location was close to key west
Rooms were not up to standard for the price. Broken remotes, slow or no internet, outdated. Difficult to get restaurant reservations (or not available)
Great location, beautiful grounds, had a 2 bedroom villa sleeping 6, used kitchen. Great fishing, not too far from grocery stores, nice base for key west day trip
Onsite restaurants don't open late, hard to find food after 830 or 9. Salt and Ash not open on mondays or tuesdays. Minor things in villa need upgrading, upkeep or repairs

Had a terrible smell inside near all ice machines like a water back up issue. Also first night around 12:30AM, fire alarm went off and no one responded to apologize with phone call or paper form to the guests. Very disruptive.
Pool areas well played out with plenty of room.
Beds a little out dated
The property was beautiful Pool filled with kids then we found the adult pool that we had not been shown or told about Things we’re not working ordering dinner communication was poor
The walls were paper thin and the guy in the next room coughed all night I know this because I was awake You could hear everything!!! Through the walls

Maintenance issues, generator belching huge clouds of black smoke in the middle of the pickle ball and tennis courts. No access to the ocean at the main facility because it's an active boat channel, and the entire South side of the facility is a construction site. Everything about the place as soon as we got there we were met by a guy named Angel he was great the rooms and the view was incredible we will be back!!!
