Location and staff
No carpets in the room which makes tiles uncomfortable. Ac doesn’t work really well and tv is too close to tilet with no extra space.
This is a business hotel only. Ticked all of the boxes that you would expect of a business hotel without ever exceeding expectations. Staff polite.
Bland. Bland. Bland. Dark and dingy cavernous restaurant (for breakfast). Didn't even bother with breakfast on the second day.

Breakfast no many choices
1) Suite (2 double sleeping rooms) did not have the possibility to have two separate beds in each room. My request to change to two double rooms with separate beds (which would have been available) was bluntly rejected. I would have had to pay the unused suite and additionally the two rooms. They argued that since I have booked via booking.com they cannot change anything with the booking. I finall...Read more
Location
They gave us the room in the smoking floor. We were family with two kids .on complaining They moved us 10th floors apart from our kids room saying that they were full, and there is no occupancy available. And the next day, they were able to give us two rooms on the same floor .
very slow service. i ordered for dinner it took 1.5 hrs to come.
I liked the restaurants within the hotel itself ( Opa , bagatelle and the theater) thats it
All other facilities look outdated for a 5 stars hotel
Close to everywhere. Travelled mostly by Uber.
