Everything was amazing! Beautiful location and very friendly, happy and helpful staff. A lovely buffet breakfast and the food for dinner was absolutely fantastic. A truly wonderful stay.
The only thing that would have been good to have, was tea and coffee facilities in our room. After long day travelling, it would have been a nice thing to have and relax when we got there.
Great location and the hotel itself is gorgeous. Staff very friendly and attentive. Had breakfast and dinner there both days, good choice of food and all very nice.
The room was very warm and dry, was quite uncomfortable overnight. Wasn’t able to adjust the temperature.

Great view, friendly staff and cosy place
The bathroom ventilator keeps whirring away after the light has been turned off but this is a very minor thing !
Eiger Hotel exceeded my wife and I's expectations. The menu and wine selections were exceptional as well as the service. The Hotel staff were very attentive and very pleasant.
Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful
Staff went out of their way to assist with whatever request you had. They meet you at the train station and take your luggage to your room. Front desk will handle all your questions and reservations. Staff will even deliver your skis to the start of the slope so you don't have to carry them. Super helpful and friendly!

The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive. The hotel's location, indoor pool, room comfort, food, and cocktails were simply amazing ! And the stunning view.. I will definitely book again.
