Pros (+) Beautiful hotel in a great location. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and have great views of the city.
Cons (-) Sadly, the pool was closed our entire stay, but that is temporary.

Pros (+) GOOD LOCATION, EXCELLENT CITY VIEW FROM OUR ROOM. STAFF VERY HELPFUL.
Cons (-) WE HAD TRAVELLED VERY LIGHT AFTER BEING I THAILAND FOR 3 WEEKS PRIOR. WE WERE UNABLE TO VISIT THE SKY LOUNGE AS WE HADN'T BROUGHT ANY LONG TROUSERS BUT TOTALLY OUR FAULT FOR NOT READING THE RULES BEFORE LEAVING. THERE WASN'T MUCH SPACE AROUND THE POOL AND CHILDREN UNDER 16 WERE ALLOWED IN THE HOT TUB DESPITE CLEAR SIGNS STATING NO UNDER 16'S.

The staff at EQ is the best staff we have experienced ever at any hotel and we have traveled a lot. A stunning hotel, with breathtaking view from the windows, room is very spacious, clean, neat and tidy. Mini-Bar is free and refilled at any given time. Additionally, the rooms lighting was perfect, bed was comfy and pillows which were both soft and firm depending on your liking. Amazing hotel.

Pros (+) Luxurious hotel with so many complimentary items in the rooms, lush products and very comfortable beds. The buffet breakfast was amazing, as was the gym and spa. The staff we're definitely the highlight, so welcoming and helpful. Sabayon fine dining restaurant was an experience, the food and view of the towers was something we will never forget.
