Comfortable, pleasant stay overall. Location was very good to main square, restaurants, shops and main sights. It would be better if the breakfast had a little more variety and better coffee.
Problem with no water in the bathroom for a day but the management was was apologetic. Backup water was provided until the problem was fixed. The breakfast foods offered had little variety, fruits, juice, eggs and coffee that was not very good. The Nepresso cups provided in the room tasted better.
This place is both charming and beautiful. I would stay there again without even thinking about any other choice!
I would have liked a secure wifi network
The staff is excellent and the hotel is unique with a lot of character. The rooftop gives a nice view of the city which is a bonus.
The breakfast could have been better. A little disappointing on this front. Also, the bathroom is a bit outdated, and one felt it is not that clean because of the rust and some dark dots which I am not sure if it is mould or rust.

The breakfast was great. The hotel is located only a couple of blocks from the main plaza and cathedral. Very close to many restaurants. There is a taxi stand directly in front of the hotel.
The bathroom sink had problems with water dripping and the handles falling off.
Absolutely lovely. Beautiful courtyard and pool. Rooms are beautiful and very comfortable. Staff are kind, generous and helpful. Highly recommend.

Property was well maintained and super clean. The location is also very central and walkable to everything.
Breakfast offering was geared to more non Mexican options which was disappointing.

Staff was great, room was great, the bed could have been a little softer but that is just a personal preference. Ambiance was also great and the location is right where you want to be.
The breakfast could use some upgrades but it's included so that's a plus.
The manger, Geraldo, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, as were all of his staff. Simply one of the best hotel experiences we’ve experienced abroad. We plan on going back, hopefully, every winter for 6 days.
