Quiet place, good for families with kids, playroom, garden. Breakfast overall was ok.
This place has a lot of potential, but needs some investment and effort to make it better....A couple of things need to be addressed. Staff needs to be more proactive. Housekeeping to be more efficient in the room cleaning tasks. They have plenty of time instead of being always on the phone and laying down on the couch..Breakfast is ok, but the request of what time to be served is not that ok. Hou...Read more
The resort met our expectations and the staff was very attentive. Breakfasts were always good. Overall the stay was great!
It is bit far from the beach, but certainly walkable. Otherwise tuk tuks are readily available if you don’t want to walk to the beach.
The place was nice and clean, the breakfast was superb and the staff was excellent and very helpful. The aircon and shower was so good.
The sign outside was hidden behind the trees so could not see it well. There is a smart tv but there is no netflix or anything good to watch.
The room was big and comfortable. The bathroom had some issues but overall was spacious. We have been unlucky with the weather so we couldn’t use the pool which looked nice.
The rooms are not soundproof so you hear eventual noise. On our last night we were unlucky to have a big family from Manila next to us which started to scream, trample and repeatedly smash doors from 6am on. We were really disappointed that the staff wasn’t helpful in managing these disrespectful guests, knowing that we were in the room next to them. Breakfast selection is really limited.
We had an amazing stay at Bohol Dreamcatcher Resort! The peaceful, quiet atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax and recharge. There were plenty of activities for kids, including a playroom stocked with toys and a variety of books to keep them entertained. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was so large it felt like an entire room on its own! Plus, the free breakfast was a...
The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes, which is typical in the Philippines. However, the resort thoughtfully provides eco-friendly mosquito repellent lotions and sprays, and the rooms are equipped with screens, so it wasn’t a major issue.Read more
Food was cooked hard and cold. If you complain about the food, the one who cooked it make face and reacted.
That old lady has bad attitude if you complain about something, she gets angry by the look of her face and reason out to you. She doesn't greet or say your welcome. Not friendly. The staff need orientation because the customer service was poor in my own experience.
The room was comfortable, neat and clean and we particularly enjoyed the peaceful location - a hidden retreat away from the bustle of the beach crowd. The breakfast selection is impressive and my absolute favourite was the fresh fruit platter and watermelon juice. The Dreamcatcher team go out if their way to make you feel at home, organise transport and answer any queries your may have, so don’t h...Read more
This was one of the best family friendly hotels we have ever stayed at. The staff were amazing and so friendly. They helped with booking taxis/tuk tuks. Ordering in food to eat in the hut by the pool. Lovely fresh breakfast of eggs, fresh juice and fruits each morning. The pool was a lovely multi level pool with pool toys and slide. Ranged from shallow to 8ft deep! A slide from upstairs to down. T...
