Good water supply in the room

First and foremost, we weren't given the rooms we booked. Second the hotel facilities were not well-designed. The whole place felt like a tiny, squalid seaside village. very nice wooden deck and design, location is good- right on the beach pool is very nice as well this place has so much potential, if they just fix their facilities
facilities were terrible sink was broken and leaking- we saw a live cockroach in the shower, and ants!!! aircon was so noisy balcony was filthy and greasy!!! we had a view of hotel scaffolding (why give us a room like that in the first place?) wifi was not stable in our rooms restaurant food is not good at all

The pool and after complaining we get another new room , more bigger and nicer. It's in the centre
The room was not clean and smelly a lot of spiders web the sheets broken and dirty .... the hotel was almost empty but they give us the room next where they building , so 7 in the morning so much noisy. The price is to high for what you get. This is my last time here now ,i was here 4 times before ...
Location and the room
The restaurant was weak, kitchen can’t handle being busy. They advised us to eat somewhere else because the wait for food could be an hour. The beef tapa for breakfast was old and dry like beef jerky. Jolibee makes better tapa.....sad
Only the maintenance of the pool and the band
The beach is dirty, the place is very small it’s not suitable for senior citizens cuz you have to climb the slippery stairs to reach the pool and the beach, it’s very expensive especially the room ...
