The room.was very clean
Everything online it offers was not true . We had ocean view and our view was completely blocked they did nothing to move us . The rooms are definitely not good for blocking noise heard cars racing up and down the road ALL HOURS. I dont know it's not somewhere I will ever go back to.
Great location right by the ocean,there was places for food and can take walks and look at ocean
The only bad thing I could say was the parking is rough and if you are by the ocean the only way to be up front is if you have a handicap
The pool, bar, location, room view
It wasn’t updated and looked like it had black mold in the kitchen and ceilings
Walls are thin, Guest in the next room talked loudly most of the night.
The shuttle was perfect, Grounds were awesome, and the food was a bit high, but very good

Property was fine. It appeared renovated but still expensive. Wont stay at Key West. Will do one day travel next time.

The hotel does a decent job of making an older building feel fresh and comfortable. The hotel's age does show in some places, like the elevator location and caulking in the bathroom. While the shuttle is a great feature, it serves multiple hotels and fills up quickly, requiring advance reservations—we missed out and had to pay for an Uber instead.
