The hotel boasts a fantastic location with stunning views, creating a truly memorable stay. The food was exceptional.
While the hotel offered a great experience, I felt that the bathroom is in need of an update. Compared to other five-star hotels I stayed in during my trip, they felt outdated and not up to the same luxury standard. A refurbishment would greatly enhance the overall experience.
My room is excellent with great views over to the Kowloon Peninsula. Room size just right. Service fantastic. Spa great. In room dining excellent. Doormen polite and helpful. Breakfast improved and now tastes better than 18 months ago.
Bed is too soft but this is a personal preference, I am not complaining.

It was worth it. The Hotel has most friendly staff which makes you feel comfortable and go out of the way.
