Nestled in the heart of the Pyrenees, Baqueria-Beret is a sprawling ski resort area with peak piste heights ranging from 1,500 to 2,510 metres. The most-visited winter resort in Spain, Baqueria-Beret features more than 150 kilometres of skiable terrain, including almost 100 runs for beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
Within the ski resort you’ll find a variety of restaurants, bars and shops, along with a dedicated skiing and snowboarding school, heated swimming pool and an ice-skating rink. Certain slopes also have terrain parks, while a cross-country skiing circuit traverses the mountains. You can also take a guided safari down some of the blue, red or black runs.
Baqueira-Beret is also popular during summer when its mountains reveal numerous hiking and mountain biking trails. This is also a great time for white-water rafting, canyoning, rock climbing and scenic cycling. Families will enjoy the orienteering games, archery classes and various art and craft workshops.
