first night we got there we were very tired and when we got into the room it was 2 single beds when I booked a double. I rang down to reception and I got spoken to terrible! she basically said there is no other room with a double bed which is hard to belive! Also I seen 2 ear wigs one in the bath room and another near the bed! another thing the breakfast was appalling we payed €34 and there were nothing to eat there was no bacon, sossages, no eggs and there was about 10 beans left. we both only had 2 croissants each and a coffee and orange juice. it wasn’t worth the money one bit! Also on the hotel lifts it was advertised there was pancakes and fruit but wasn’t. Finally the hotel room was far far too hot and stuffy and the air con never worked. we stayed in this hotel as we did last year and we couldn’t fault it and we always recommend it to friends and family that go to Amsterdam. I am really upset that our stay wasn’t what we expected.
