Room was not clean and have spots on the curtains, chairs and the chaise. Breakfast was appalling for hotel that they can’t even cook proper omelette. Hot water on tap was not working and no further action from the hotel upon mentioned. I was too tired to follow up and decide to sleep. The hotel refused to give 2 extra pillows which I easily get from other similar hotel. Don’t even bother to request different pillow firmness, no one understands. The server always say yes for everything only to please us but come back with completely different items. Picture of the hotel shown on trip advisor.
