very average service, facilities are old and in need of an upgrade. if you need assistance from reception expect long waiting time as well as for room service to actually answer the phone
clean rooms friendly staff
Excellent pool, great day-spa, great service. Nice enough room, very clean with a comfy bed. Locared in centre of very busy tourist strip of Kuta, dry close to Sky Garden nightclub - the noise from the nightclub can be heard until late in some of the rooms closer to street, making sleep difficult. Overall, the place is very nice, but the surrounding area is very touristy and tacky - not to my taste at all.
