Upon checking in waited for a long time behind a couple going over what they wanted to do, the lady behind the desk never even aknowledged me or direct me to the check in area, frustrating! Our first night the smoke dector battery was low and started chirping in the middle of the night, lovely and my 7 year old found a needle under the pull out sofa, wonderful! I took the smoke detector battery and needle to check in, the lady said she would talk to the manager and room service, never heard another word about anything. They did send someone to replace the battery. The room was never cleaned while we were there and we left before our last night. If more attention was given to service of guests and cleanliness of room it would have been great!
