Pool under repair, people smoked everywhere, loud music every night, no coffee except on one side of facility, no refrigerators, no microwave or coffee makers in the room. Italian restaurant open on weekends only, souvenir shop open only on weekends, sewer smell in rooms, Immediate pressure to join the 'club' timeshare in disguise. Then pressure daily to sign up for overpriced tours. After 9pm nothing available if you stay oceanside of complex, have to walk to the far side to get anything, no room service.Plastic drink glasses reused by hand washing, very unhealthy. This place caters to the locals by tour bus arrivals. That's good for them but not so good if you don't speak the language very well. The staff has some amazing people working very hard at what they do, Ali, Ricardo, Lucy, Manuel, Franciso Sr, Victor were all terrific and made our stay as good as possible. The food was ok but not what you would expect at a mexican inclusive. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, get rid of the club sellers and tour pushers and upgrade the wifi. This place has potential but is stuck in the past. It was the off season, but thats no excuse.
