The hotel is very good in all aspect. parking is the main issue. sometime you can not get parking. the parking should only be reserved for those who have booked the room
loud music,poor customer service
room access card not working, we actually go back to reception and let them open for us. didnt get our card fix. i had to call 3 times inbetween 2hrs for ice bucket which i ended up cancelling since their excuse is they are busy with party and i am not a guest expecting some customer service. snack bar is empty
The floor was so sticky we couldn’t walk in without slippers, on of the bath rooms was so smelly and the sink had so much hair, the fridge was extremely dirty, rice leftovers and the smell is yuk! They forced us to leave at 12 but we spoke to the receptionist that we’re not moving before 1, althought they checked us out by themselves at 12 without us knowing
