Good, modern hotel rooms, clean, with underground parking. Nearby restaurants.
Checking in and out was just ok. Friendly staff. Parking might be a problem at times cos it is shared with the rest of office buildings in the area. Room is just ok but clean. When we left room at 12 pm and until 2 pm also the room wasn't clean. When called Housekeeping and they said that after 7 pm, no one will clean the room as there is no Housekeeping service after 7 pm. Room rates are reasonably priced. There is a buy 3 stay 2 promo. When asked at the front desk why can't book the promo, the reply was cos if the rooms are full, it won't allow you to proceed to the next level but in the website, it doesn't even say that rooms are full, it will just 'hang' and needs to be refreshed. When asked how much is the room rates? Feont desk doesn't know the rates. Good location as is located right next to my meeting areas. Breakfast spread was just alright. Nothing to shout about. Plenty of eateries in Nexus which is just across the hotel.
