you can’t beat the service and value for money at this 5 star resort. perfect for families, especially the man made beach pool. kids club staff are amazing and all round service. Hotel staff recommended a few restaurants near by which were amazing and family friendly. will definitely be back here.
Hi The hotel is extremely noisy. I got moved to a villa because of the non stop noise from the hotel. That was great until I got to the villa and the aircon did not work, it took 24 hour for them to fix it, with all sorts of excuses and 24 of door knocks and interruptions of my private stay. I was not left alone, between the noise and then the air con, the room was 29 degrees, even at night! totally unacceptable. and 24 hours of interruptions. I left the hotel and booked another hotel, and the Hotel manager thought that a $10 drink was going to smooth things over. It was really bad play from the Hotel manager, Did not ask what the problem was, nothing, and when i told him what the problem was he looked perplexed, REALLY, OMG BAD FORM FROM THE MANGER.

The whole family had an excellent time at Trans Resort Bali and are looking forward to staying there again next year.
