I helped my friend to book 2 separate rooms for different nights because there were no premium room available for all the nights required. The last night when she supposed to moved into premium room, we requested her room to be beside us with a connecting door, and the front desk kindly helped us to arrange! We also went to the gym regularly (almost everyday) and a few times the door was locked so the hotel staff helped us to open without hesitations. We felt like VIPs, (even though we are not)! Superb service!
