Very good hotel but should do more to cater for specific dietary requirements. e.g. halal or kosher food.
it's a great hotel and wonderfully located but I was allocated an internal room so had no windows to outside and could not even open Day curtains for fear someone could see in from opposite room.
The hotel has met our expectations.
We booked the room for a staycation / anniversary with my wife and infant son. The reservation was originally made for a Quay room. The check-in staff is very friendly and approachable. We had a nice chat and he enquired about our visit, to which he found out it was for a special occasion. Out of good will, he arranged a premium Quay room with bay view. Upon learning that we wanted to try the high tea at Landing Point but has yet to make any reservations, he suggest that he can try to call in and see if he's able to slot in any available booking. Which fortunately, there is. Overall, the place is exceptional, the view is romantic, and the experience is warming. A memorable anniversary for my family.
