The overall feeling was that the hotel is not maintained properly.
I recommend my family for this hotel as I have stayed hear before but the hotel was a let down . service has gone down . I ask them at arrival why u guys are not serving well come drink the lady at the reception told us they are cost cutting ,no pathway light after 11.30 pm I asked them they are saying cost cutting , house keeping is cleaning the room by 4.30 I again asked them they are say low stay cost cutting. we told them we are charged 223 usd per night for what . any way service is bad and will not come back to this hotel any more .
Further out from main part of Chewang then we thought. On beach but not a good area for swimming. Have to walk for about 15 mins for better area to swim because of this should have pool area near beach not at top of resort. Booked a room with views which we did not get. Said we had been advised may not get view but can't do much about it after we have already paid with a no refund policy. Would have gone somewhere else otherwise.
