There was no one at the desk when I arrived, so I had to call out before someone emerged. When I left, no one emerged when I called out, so I just left the key and walked away. The location is not the best, tucked in behind a mall, so getting there takes a little extra effort. The room itself was fine, very clean, but in order to call it a suite, the kitchen facilities seemed haphazardly placed. Also, I found two glasses very filmy, as if they hadn't been checked in weeks.
