Sorry for the stay. When thing didn't go well here the desk staff could only apologise and do little to fix things. The room we booked and was shown on the website was with a single and double bed, They apologised and said they do not provide double beds at all. The shower had no cold water (only hot), again an apology. This was to be repaired during the day without an immediate offer of another room. Very large school groups also were at the Hotel. Children were out of control noisily running up and down corridors till late, when we complained, again another apology with no action. Housekeeping forgot to change towels twice, another apology. We checked out a day earlier than we paid for.
