Good service. Rooms are very small, we had a hard time moving around with our 2 big suitcases in the room. Breakfast is a joke: not a buffet, continental breakfast was cold and Japanese breakfast was not very good. Coffee and orange juice not good. They have a machine at the bar close to reception that makes excellent coffee. if you are coming from the Shibuya station, the access is not that easy, stairs and hill to be ready for. One feature we loved about this hotel: each room is equipped with a smartphone that is lended to you for the duration of your stay so you can take it with you to visit Tokyo: free wifi and free international calls!
The hotel is at a great location however, the room is a bit dated and worn out. The breakfast buffet and dining options aren't that great as well.
